I enjoy spending time with my three beautiful daughters.  My interests include hiking, gardening, cooking, reading, and music.  My favorite (close) place to hike is the Upper Peninsula.  I grow both flowers and vegetables; I love fried green tomatoes from the garden in late summer.  I like to cook ethnic foods, Mexican, Italian, Oriental, and I especially enjoy soups.  I read adolescent literature, mysteries, realistic fiction, classics, and poetry.  I have recorded and produced three "albums" of original compositions.  I perform acoustic guitar/vocal, classic rock and folk music, when the opportunities arise.  I currently play piano in a contemporary church band.​
